By using hellosun.store or engaging Hello Sun for consultation, measurement, manufacture, or installation of window treatments or upholstery, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Hello Sun provides bespoke curtains, blinds, and related studio services in Dhaka. Descriptions on the website are general; final specifications, pricing, lead times, and installation details are confirmed in writing for each project.

We operate from: Plot 32/A, 8th floor, Trillium Tower, Road 45 & 46, Dhaka 1212; and Bata Signal, 272 New Elephant Rd, Dhaka 1205.

Quotes are based on measurements, fabric selections, and systems discussed during consultation. An order is confirmed when you accept the written quote and any required deposit is received. Changes after confirmation may affect price and schedule.

Site content, imagery, and branding are owned by Hello Sun or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Product photography and fabric libraries are illustrative; actual materials may vary.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hello Sun is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from project delays caused by fabric availability, site access, or factors outside our reasonable control. Our liability for a confirmed order is limited to the amounts paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith through our studio; unresolved matters may be brought before the competent courts in Dhaka.
